The Heart & Mission Behind My Work
My Story
I grew up in a household filled with trauma, where walking on eggshells was my norm. I learned early on that being "good" and taking care of others was the way to receive love. This deeply ingrained pattern naturally led me into a career of giving—helping others navigate their own challenges and pain.
For years, I battled eating disorders, unhealthy relationships with substances, and toxic dynamics with men—trying to numb or fix the deep void I felt inside. I chased healing the way I chased love—always looking for something outside myself to make me feel whole.
I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, pursued countless certifications, and immersed myself in plant medicine work—constantly seeking the next modality, the next tool, the next breakthrough. I was passionate about helping others, but deep down, I was searching for something myself. I thought if I could just heal enough, learn enough, be enough—then I’d finally feel whole. And maybe then, I could truly help others.
Yet despite all of my training, despite the deep work I guided others through, I felt like a fraud. I was helping others heal, yet inside, I was stuck in a never-ending loop of trying to fix myself.
On the surface, I had it all: a dream career, supporting so many people, and a sense of purpose. But no matter how much I achieved, no matter how many lives I touched, there was this nagging inner void.
And then everything changed.
I was sitting with my mentor, tears streaming down my face, feeling completely broken. It was then I realized the truth: nothing outside of me could fill the void.
So I turned more inward than ever before—not to analyze or fix myself, but to actually feel everything I had been running from. Every piece of pain, every story, every wound. I stopped chasing, stopped trying to find the answer out there—and I let myself just be with what was inside me.
And while it was terrifying, it was also extremely liberating!
Healing didn’t come from more complicated techniques. It came from presence—moment by moment, allowing myself to be with what was there. My mentors supported me in a way that was profoundly simple, yet deeply powerful.
This process is simple because true healing doesn’t require layers of complexity. It requires safety, presence, and a willingness to feel. But the depth of this simplicity is what makes it life-changing.
Through this work, I also began to open up to something greater—a field of awareness that connects us all. This awareness brought not only clarity and healing but also a profound sense of belonging and ease.
As I allowed myself to truly feel, I started to heal—layer by layer, moment by moment. I began to see that I wasn’t broken. I wasn’t missing anything. I was whole all along.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing. My life became a reflection of the peace I had found within myself. My relationships deepened and became more aligned. My body healed. My business flourished. And for the first time, I wasn’t just living—I was fully ALIVE!
I let go of rigid routines, tools, and practices that kept me in a cycle of striving. Instead, I began living from a place of enoughness. The simplicity of presence became my anchor, and it brought more joy, ease, and alignment than I ever thought possible.
Now, my relationship with food, my body, love, and self-worth isn’t something I have to manage—it’s simply a reflection of the peace I found within myself.
The depth of this work isn’t something you can achieve by yourself or with surface-level tools. I hold a space that allows you to access the parts of you that have been waiting to heal, bringing clarity, peace, and freedom you’ve never felt before.
My Mission
My mission is to guide women out of the endless search for healing and into their own unshakable peace—where healing is no longer something they chase, but something they embody.
I created the Embodied ALIVE Method , a deeply integrative approach that blends somatic psychology, nervous system regulation, and ancestral wisdom to help women rewire emotional patterns, reclaim self-trust, and step into full-body alignment.
But this work is about more than just healing—it’s about coming home to yourself. It’s about feeling safe in your body, aligned with your essence, and free from old patterns, so that every area of your life—your relationships, your confidence, your joy—naturally thrives!

Why This Work Matters
I believe healing should be inclusive and deeply honoring of each individual’s lived experience.
For too long, healing has been over-complicated, filled with endless tools, routines, and strategies that keep women in a loop of “doing the work” rather than actually living it. By combining the latest neuroscience on nervous system regulation with embodied healing, I am committed to shifting this narrative.
I am committed to shifting this narrative. Healing is not a full-time job—it’s a return to presence, simplicity, and the deep knowing that you are already whole.
This work isn't just about personal transformation—it's about changing the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. Because when we heal at the deepest level, our relationships change, our communities shift, and we move through the world in a way that is rooted in safety, connection, and deep feminine embodiment.
This is a sacred reclamation—one that calls you back to your body, your truth, and your deepest knowing.
Imagine no longer questioning your worth or chasing validation.
Imagine finally feeling free to show up fully in your relationships and life.
Imagine a nervous system that holds deep safety—so you move through life with clarity, trust, and ease.
This is what clients experience through this process.
Through this work, I provide a space that’s safer and deeper than most can hold. Together, we step into the infinite field of presence where true healing happens.
This journey is about more than just feeling better—it’s about truly becoming ALIVE!
What Women Are Saying
My Philosophy: A Trauma-Informed, Relational, and Humanistic Approach
I hold space through a lens of deep safety, inclusion, and equity.
I honor the intersection of identity and lived experience, recognizing how gender, race, age, religion, social class, and sexual orientation shape the ways we move through the world—and how they impact our healing process.
This work is not about fixing—it is about returning.Returning to your body. Returning to your truth. Returning to the deep knowing that you are already whole.
Healing isn’t about striving to be someone else—it’s about remembering who you already are.
